01About these terms
These terms cover website, app and design work by Databit Solutions (202603269452 (LA0094062-V)), a business registered in Malaysia. When you accept a quote, you agree to these terms.
02Quotes and payment
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Work starts after you accept the quote and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due at launch, before the website or app goes live. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM).
03Project scope
Your quote lists what is included. If you ask for something that isn’t in it, we’ll tell you the cost and timing first and only go ahead once you agree.
04Approvals
You approve each page of the design before we write any code, and you approve the finished work before launch. Each stage includes the rounds of changes stated in your quote.
05Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, the finished website, app or designs are yours, including the files and your content. Licensed parts, such as fonts, plugins or stock photos, stay under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
06Support after launch
We fix mistakes in our own work for free for 30 days after launch. After that, support, hosting and changes are covered by a care plan or quoted separately.
07Liability
We take care to deliver working, secure software, but we can’t be responsible for services run by others, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp or app stores. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
08Changes and contact
